Savannah Chrisley’s fiancé Jason Galanis’ inmate records reveal that he was allegedly praised for his good behavior in prison.

The 56-year-old received glowing reviews in a July 2017 work performance evaluation while he was serving as a volunteer tutor, according to Federal Bureau of Prisons records filed in court and obtained by TMZ on Wednesday.

Prison officials reportedly said that Galanis — who was held at New York’s Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC) at the time — tutored his fellow prisoners and encouraged them to pursue their educational goals.

Galanis, according to TMZ, earned the highest possible ratings in several categories in his evaluation, including quality and quantity of work, initiative, willingness to learn, and ability to work with others.

The fraudster also scored well for following instructions and working with supervisors.

Additionally, prison officials reportedly said they’d promote Galanis to a more demanding job with higher pay if he worked for them outside prison.

Galanis, once dubbed “Porn’s New King,” was locked up at the MCC after being sentenced to prison in 2017 for two separate fraud schemes, though both convictions were vacated, according to online records.

In Sept. 2020, Galanis was sentenced to 189 months in prison for his role in multiple security fraud schemes.

Galanis, who was disgraced former first son Hunter Biden’s business partner from 2012 to 2015, had been found guilty of defrauding a Native American tribe and investors out of tens of millions of dollars.

Galanis served time at Federal Prison Camp in Pensacola, Fla., in 2023, alongside Savannah’s dad Todd Chrisley, before the pair were pardoned by President Trump in March 2025.

Galanis has since been identified as the man whom Savannah, 29, is engaged to and is expecting a baby with.

Savannah said on Tuesday’s episode of her “Unlocked” podcast that the couple met through politics while she was fighting for her dad and mom Julie’s release from prison for bank and tax fraud charges.

The “Chrisley Knows Best” star also revealed that she and Galanis — who have a 27-year age gap — got engaged in December 2025, just five months after they began dating.

Galanis’ own brother, Derek, told Page Six on Wednesday that Savannah is Galanis’ “biggest con yet,” and insisted his sibling is “not a changed man.”
